Russian language in Deluge 2

Hey. I installed Deluge 2.0.3 from the repository deluge-team/stable. OS - Linux Mint 20. I am from Russia and I want Russian language. But the Russian language does not work in Deluge 2.0.3. If you choose Russian language in Deluge and restart the program, then the language remains English. How to make Russian language in Deluge 2.0.3?

I have this problem too. Kubuntu 20.04.

I tested this on Debian 10 and Deluge is working with Russian. But the translation needs some serious work:
Not sure how to move on from here, you either could file a
bug report or
contribute to the translation yourself.
