Ports open but really low connections

Hello guys
After all the port forwaring stuff, https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and https://canyouseeme.org/ says that my port 62958 is open.
With 85 torrents added from a private tracked, full of connectiuons and seed, my client keeps not conectiong to anybody and keep at 0 kbps seeding.
Im using Deluge 1.3.15 directly from my Synology NAS with ItConfig set the libtorrent version: 1.0.11.0 on High Performance Seed preset.
My "connections" flows between 2 and 15. For 85 torrents with a high demand. How can i fix this ?
My internet is 200/100 mbs fiber.
