My Deluge client temporarily lost access to my remote storage where my torrent data is stored. Now that i've reconnected and restarted things, it needs to re-check all the torrent data. I have a few hundred torrents, some are very large, so this process will likely take a few days given how slow the checking process takes.

Is there anyway to back up the Deluge state so that I can immediately restore it if there are any accidents like this in the future?

You could backup your deluge config folder nightly and then you could roll back deluge to the last backup.
