Deluge-gtk won't remember maximized window

Postby rado84 » Fri Jun 12, 2020 10:57 am

For quite some time now the regular package deluge doesn't work anymore, so I started using deluge-gtk. For whatever reason it won't remember the maximized state of the main window. Every time I run the program, it reverts back to a small window size.

Until that problem is fixed, there's a solution for those using deluge-gtk and struggling to keep the main window maximized:
• Set your main window to maximized state and DO NOT close the program.
• Open "~/.config/deluge/" in terminal and type "sudo chattr +i gtk3ui.conf" and hit enter. This will make the file uneditable thus preventing the main window from shrinking back to whatever default size it has been set. Now you can restart the program and see the effect for yourselves.
