Flatten Directory Structure

Post by jbo5112 »

I have a torrent with too many nested directories.

I can move a file into a subfolder easily enough by renaming "file" to "folder/file" and it will move "file" into "folder".

I don't know how to go backwards and undo such a thing, and I can't find instructions anywhere.

Right click the concerned file and move it to the upper folder (or root folder) then delete the subfolder.

Thanks! I'm not sure what I was doing wrong before, that I couldn't get that to work.
