Deluge creates folders by itself

Hi guys, the guy that built my unRaid (6.7.2) server set up Deluge for me but I have a question or two.

We created download folders.

Downloads and then completed, incomplete and watch.

The thing is that it created a duplicate folder called completed with the SAME files in it. Ie, I can open the files I have downloaded from either folder.
I then deleted it and it created it again and it also created copies of the other two folders.

Any ideas?

Sounds like maybe a problem with your network sharing configuration, not necessarily deluge.
