Deluge on Raspi4 connected with NAS and Win-PC?

Hello!
First, I want to apologize for my poor English.
I wanted to relieve my NAS, where my torrent client runs so far, and leave this work to a RaspberryPi 4.
Now I have Deluge running on the Raspi4 and could also mount a folder on my NAS system for temporary download.
From this folder I want to change the location on the NAS afterwards. For example:
Finished download (StarWars EP1) is in folder //NAS/Download/Deluge Incoming
New location is //NAS/Download/Movies/StarWars EP1
And from there it shall be further in the seed.
I don't manage to mount the location or locations.
Does anyone have a solution?

I also want to automatically transfer the torrent files downloaded to my Windows PC to the Deluge on my Raspi. This means that the Raspberry should monitor the download folder on my Windows PC over the network. Is that possible?
