Qnap TS-673 Deluge 1.3.15.2

guys, i have a problem, i installed the deluge app on the nas, but i could not connect deluge pc to the app on the nas, deamon was running , the web worked but now the following, i readed i need to setup this echo ""alice:MyC0mpL3xPass:10" >> ~/.config/deluge/auth" so i did,

the following i did was
putty to nas
ls -ln /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Deluge/.config/deluge
[~] # deluged
-sh: deluged: command not found
[~] # ps -A | grep deluge
3376 admin 2328 S grep deluge
24928 admin 51732 S deluge-web
27135 admin 52064 S /opt/Deluge/bin/python /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Deluge/bin/deluged --port=58846 --config=/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Deluge/.config/deluge
[~] # killall deluge-web
[~] # echo "Shiro:Deluge:10" >> /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Deluge/.config/deluge/auth
[~] # vi /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg/Deluge/.config/deluge/core.conf

after that i tried to run it but it keep saying command not found no mather what i did , how do i start it back up again , i did a lot googling but i could not fidn answere
