Torrent speed on RPi 3 (Deluge, Transmission...)

Hi,

I'm using an RPI3 with Deluge and it works pretty well considering the HW. Having the d/l speed dropping is most of the time due to:
- considering an USB disk connected to receive the torrent, it must be in ext to avoid CPU wait time overhead
- the Deluge cache should not be set too hign, up to 1024 is fine for an RPI3
- Do not stage the download to the SD card. Download directly to the USB disk with no "move complete" option
- Install ltconfig plugin and carefully review the apply setting (I exposed mine in another post, check with my name and plugin's name)
- limit the D/L speed to 1 file at a time and 7MiB/s.

I'm able to d/l at this speed all the time w/o issue.
