Deluge on google cloud (Centos 7)

Hey,
I successfully installed deluge on a local machine. I made the same step to install deluge on an instance from google cloud with a public IP but I can't make it work. It means the installation is ok, but I can't access the web interface. I opened the right port. I don't know where I need to take a look.
