Greetings,
Recently, I started using exFAT as a depot partition on Linux due to compatibility reasons. I found out that when I try to download a torrent whose folders and/or files contain ":", it fails to download. Apparently, Linux native partition formats like ext4 and UDF support such characters but other partition formats like NTFS, exFAT, HFS+ don't. As I checked μTorrent 2.2.1 on Windows, non-standard characters are automatically replaced with "_" before the download starts. Considering that Linux supports wide variety of partition formats already, it's a sound idea to make Deluge automatically replace following letters with "_" on all operating systems:
/ \ : * ? " < > |
