Apologies if I shouldn't have created a new topic. Recently (a few days ago) Deluge wouldn't open at all, I've looked in task manger and a there is also no sign of a process even being triggered, the best i get is a loading cursor for about 1 second. I can recall that I had an update for windows and Adobe Creative Cloud (not sure if these would have an impact). I have uninstalled & reinstalled, I have deleted the "deluge" folder in %appdata% (hopefully it wasn't a mistake to do so), other than those 2 things I'm not quite sure what else i should do.
EDIT: and I do have the redistributable packages installed
