Deluge in Pi won't download until I download from my PC??

This is a weird one, but I guess it has to do with permissions from my router or something.
I have deluge installed in my Raspberry Pi networked server with Openmediavault. When ever I add a link or torrent to download, it get's stuck in "looking for peers" so I get frustrated and start downloading them in my PC. After utorrent in my PC connects to peers and starts downloading, only then Deluge starts working for that same torrent. If I pause or stop my utorrent, then deluge stops downloading. They are not connected whatsoever so I'm lost here.
As I said, I think it's got to do with my router settings but I've never had a problem with other torrent clients on my PI. Any advise?
