Unable to rename files and folders

Hi there. Recent'y I have started experiencing a problem where I am unable to rename any files or folders in torrents that are already seeding. If I add a new torrent I can rename just fine from the Add Torrent dialogue box, but for already seeding torrents when I type in the new name and hit enter nothing changes. This is causing me some trouble as I am trying to rename and reorganize my torrents and am unable to change folder names and structures. Any help figuring out what is going wrong would be much appreciated.
