[SOLVED]Deluge DO NOT APPLY CONFIGURATION

Hi everybody, i've just registered to say that i've been fighting with Deluge for two days... therer was no way Deluge choose the port I want... Deluge did not respect the limits for downloads, etc... i've reeding, searching... and nothing... until I found this post:

PREFERENCE -> NETWORK -> INTERFACE
WHY THE HELL YOU NAME IT "INTERFACE" WHEN YOU MEAN "IP"!!????
I've typed my computer local ip address and everything began working like a charm...
