Quicken the recheck process [Ubuntu]

I have had a problem with the raid array, so several TB have to be rechecked one by one.
Is there any way to force the recheck process to work faster ?
I have used renice command to set the highest priority to the disks mount processes and to the deluged daemon process.
It slightly working better, reaching a 90% of the disks load between this two processes.
Any other suggestion?
