Connection issue with Deluge

Two issues:
1. I followed the HTPC Deluge guide (https://www.htpcguides.com/configure-de ... -debian-8/) perfectly but can't seem to access the web deluge through my dynamic dns outside my network. Inside my network, Ben.crabdance.com/deluge will pull up deluge but outside the network, it will not. I turned off my router firewall, but still no help. Anything it could be?

2. I can't seem to link deluge with Sonarr. This may have something to do with the fact that I can only pull up the Deluge webui via 192.168.2.65/deluge. Sonarr and deluge are housed on different servers (RPIs), but both on my network. If I use 192.168.2.65:8112/deluge, it does not work. In other words, using the port number results in an error. I think this may be causing issues in Sonarr, since it requires you to enter a port number. How can I fix this? Is this an Nginx configuration error or a Deluge?

These both seem related to nginx
