Sound/Video Breaking Up And Cursor Lagging When Downloading

Hi,
I recently installed Deluge after qBittorrent removed almost all of my torrents for no reason. It's working fine for uploading and downloading slowly, but if anything downloads quickly, any sound or video on my computer breaks up and my cursor lags, in fact, my whole computer is slow to respond to anything. This never happened when I was downloading at fast speeds with qBittorrent.
Please can someone tell me how to stop this from happening? I'm using Windows 10.
