Magnets not adding labels or moving location

Hello,

When I add a magnet link (by any method -- manually or auto via YaRSS2) the label and file-move options are not applied. In addition plugins (like LabelPlus) cannot add lables to the file either. This does not happen with .torrent files. It seems like Deluge is trying to add the options before the torrent is ready if that makes sense.

This a big problem for auto-downloading. Most sites use magnet links now. So none of my torrents are going into the right folder or being labeled properly. The plugins cannot work either because Deluge will not make the changes that the plugins need to see. See problem here.

I am desperate for this problem to be fixed. I searched but I don't see it mentioned in the forum.

If you create a ticket for 1.3.13 milestone I shall look into it but I've not seen any issue with magnet links not applying options.
