warning: "update state file" + active port 0

Hi,

I'm getting this warning in my logs:

[WARNING ] 09:44:15 torrentmanager:650 Unable to update state file to a compatible version: list index out of range

Is this something to be concerned about?

In addition, using Deluge.app on my Mac to connect to the server on my RPi shows "Active Port: 0", and checking/unchecking "Use Random Ports" seems to have no effect:



My daemon version is 1.3.11-0~precise~ppa1

Interface should be an IP address.

What IP address should it be, the computer Ip address you are running deluge on?
