Prioritize by file order?

Like the title says, is there a way to prioritize downloads by file order?

There is. Highlight the torrent you'd like to prioritize > At the bottom (On WebUI or GTK UI) select the Files tab > find the files you'd like and select it > right click on normal priority at the far right and select your priority level > profit!

This plugin theoretically will work, but I and some other people are having trouble with it functioning at all.
Also Acid0057, thats just file priority, not priority by file order
