Deluge
I'm having a problem with one private tracker, which is using XBT.
Deluge is always showing the torrents as Seeding, sometimes it is actively uploading, but the tracker's website keeps reporting the torrents as inactive (not seeding). Sometimes that changes and it shows them as Seeded, but it only lasts a while.
I tried changing connection and queue options, disabling all kinds of peer exchange, disabling auto managed, but the problem remains.
Switching to uTorrent fixes the problem, but I prefer Deluge.
Using Deluge 1.3.6 on a Win XP SP3 machine as a headless daemon. Ports are open.
