No. Checking multiple torrents in parallell doesn't really make sense as long as the bottleneck is disk IO.
When reporting issues, please include any relevant information such as OS (and version), python version (for Windows users this depends on which Deluge installer was used), Deluge version and plugin version.

Parallel checking on the same drive, no. That would impact performance. But not if they're on different drives. Then it would very much improve it! So I have added a feature request here: http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtop ... =8&t=44147
