Torrents downloaded 100% in reality only 20%

Latest deluge on headless ubuntu server.
Deluge says that the torrent file is complelety downloaded for 100%.
However if I check the file itself it's only download for 20%
Seems that it can not get further then to 2GB.
Harddisk is totally NOT full.
Partition is EXT4.

Can anyone help?

What libtorrent version? There is a rare issue with libtorrent that causes downloads to never stop: https://code.google.com/p/libtorrent/is ... ail?id=283

However this sounds more like an issue with your filesystem.
