Deluge not remembering ratio

Using Kubuntu 12.10, I updated from 12.04, but was having some problems so I did a clean install with 1.35 from the repos and I am still having a few problems. One of the strange ones now is that deluge doesn't remember it uploaded anything. I uploaded a torrent today and it was snatched. I watched the ratio hit 1.00, a while later I needed to reboot, I chose quit from the file menu, no strange crash or anything. When I rebooted and started up it was at 0.00 for ratio. I got the credits sent to the tracker correctly, it just ins't remember them. Then the same thing happened again. Any idea?
