Sometimes - very infrequently. I stumble upon magnet links which fail to download with the follwoing symptoms:

* torrent appears in the download list
* some peers get connected, in the peers tab I see both peers and growing peer download percentages - torrent is very much alive
* avail column in the main panel shows 0.000
* files tab is blank

Majority of magnet torrents on this tracker download fine. Manually changing tracker changes nothing.

Example of such a torrent is: magnet:?xt=urn:btih:208623df9c6381f174420f10dfa1a7dac785409b&dn=Alphaville+%28Jean-Luc+Godard%2C+1965%29+720p+HDTV&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.openbittorrent.com%3A80&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.publicbt.com%3A80&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.istole.it%3A6969&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftracker.ccc.de%3A80 ktorrent 4.1.1 downloads it without a problem.

This seems to be an issue with libtorrent 0.15.10 as it is working with 0.16.2.

Yes, upgrading libtorrent to 0.16.3 fixed this issue - thanks.

...but created another: I cannot move storage, whenever I try to do it deluge writes to the console [WARNING ] 13:21:25 core:393 Error moving torrent 3828b52b48b828067ab062a1e7ea24f38ddc8e5f to /u/temp and does nothing else. I rolled back to 0.15.9 from the PPA and it fixed the problem. Any ideas?
