A torrent i'm downloading is only keeping temp files

Hi, A torrent i'm downloading is only keeping temp files and the finished ones aren't in the folder where they should be. In the files tab they are marked as 100%, but they aren't in the download folder i selected when i started the download.The unfinished ones are there tho.

Any idea of where they can be? are they totally lost?

Using Ubuntu Feisty AMD64 with deluge 0.5.4.1 and kernel from gutsy (2.6.22.10)

I have tried with other multi files torrent and this doesn't happen, the only thing i've seen is that one has "padding files" made with BitComet 0.85 or above.
