Seed Rank Help

Post by banquet »

Hi,
I am running deluge 1.3.3 on Ubuntu 10.10. I have about 900 torrents seeding with maximum 30 active at any time. Some torrents have been active since 2009.
I believe that Deluge should cycle the active seeding queue based on seed rank, with the torrents with the lowest rank seeding first. However there are torrents queued with a seed rank much lower than ones that are active. So torrents that I have just downloaded with a seed rank of 0 or 1 are being queued immediately while older torrents with larger seed ranks (7340032) are active.
The ones that are active also have extremely high seed ranks (eg. 6291462, 6291460, 5242880, etc..), could this be causing a problem?
Is this correct behaviour? Am I understanding this correctly?
Settings I have are:
All torrents are Auto Managed
Share Ratio Limit = 1.00
Seed Time Ratio = 2.00
Seed Time (m) = 120
