Remote Path

I just started running Deluge as a Windows 7 client. I am using a seedbox where I have files located as FTP or Http on a remote server. Is it possible to create a torrent with Deluge using a remote server? When I open the create torrent feature it shows that I may add a file, folder, or remote path. If it is possible what do I use as the remote path in the create a torrent feature? No matter what I add on there it says or does nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
