Starting 1.3.3 - Error Starting Core

I'm running Slackware 13.37 x86 and these are the package versions I'm using against Deluge 1.3.3

When I start Deluge I get a popup window saying 'Error Starting Core'

P.S. I also tried these other versions of packages but it didn't help;

pygame-1.7.1
python-twisted-8.2.0
python-twisted-web-8.2.0
zope.interface-3.6.3 & 3.7.0 (dependency for pysetuptools)

FIXED --> I installed libtorrent-rasterbar-0.15.7

Looks like Deluge is not working with the included libtorrent in Slackware 13.37....
