Deluge
This bug is still there and is the cause that many people don't use Deluge in trackers that have amount of torrents in download state http://dev.deluge-torrent.org/ticket/1601
I haven't replied there because trac warns about "Warning: <acct_mgr.web_ui.MessageWrapper object at 0xb90c532c>" and also I don't have permissions to create new or reply tickets.
Edit: Sorry I haven't validated my account before, anyways the warning has also dissapeared but it should not appear ever.
