Deluge isn't able to start after switching /home/ directory

Post by slint »

I reinstalled Debian Testing and copyied all my config files (All directorys starting with .) from my old home directory to my new.
As i used a new username, deluge wasn't anymore able to start up.

The reported error was:

Code: Select all

no existing Deluge session
deluge_core; using libtorrent 0.11.0.0. Compiled with NDEBUG value: 1
Applying preferences
Raising error:
deluge_core; using libtorrent 0.11.0.0. Compiled with NDEBUG value: 1
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::filesystem::filesystem_error'
what(): boost::filesystem::default_name_check: default name check already set
Abgebrochen
After I deleted ~/.config/deluge everything worked right again.

It would be nice if in future versions Deluge would correct this by itself.
