Don't strat only if you remove persisten.state & use blockli

I want only report at the developers a little problem find using deluge 0.5.4.1 and blocklist.

If you don't use the blocklist plugin when deluge don't start you must only remove persistent.state from /home/user/.config/deluge.


Instead if you use the blocklist plugin and it use the download of the list at the startup of deluge you must remove:
persistent.state,
blocklist.cache,
blocklist.conf.

I have resolved the problem remove all the 3 files.
