Peer client misidentified

For some reason, on 0.5.4, all peers using uTorrent 1.6.0 are misidentified to be using 1.5. Not a huge bug, but definitely reproducible. (My pardons if I missed something, I searched through and didn't see any other threads or such on this)

If so, it's an issue with rasterbar libtorrent as all the peer information we get comes from there.
