DHT and network interface

Hello all,

I followed the following setup, adapting it for deluge and ubuntu. Everything worked like a charm though my setup is a bit different (my headless server is behind a router). But I noticed that my router was dropping unwanted connections to the Deluge port on my ISP address.

That suprised me because everything should have gone through the PPP tunnel, so my ISP address should not be known. How could I get unwanted connections to this port?

I dug a bit more and figured out that all the DHT connections kept going through eth0 - though they should have gone through the network interface I specified.

Is this working as intended (to me that's very unlikely) or should I file a bug?
