Deluge
I just finished setting up a server box where I plan to run the deluge daemon. This is the first time for me fooling around with the console ui, but I can't, for the life of me, find any command that would let me recheck my already finished torrents. Do I have to add already finished torrents in a special way?

what do you mean, recheck like have it verify the integrity data? or do you mean you want to add a torrent you already downloaded, and have it start seeding without downloading?
for doing a re-check to verify data, that is not be implemented in the console ui yet(as far i and the help command know)
to add already downloaded torrents just add it again and make sure the download directory is same and it'll start seeding(when file check is done) without downloading
why not use the web ui tho? it its very nice in 1.1.6(and will be even better in 1.2.x) and has lot more options than the console ui
after starting deluged...
just run "deluge -u web"
and access it with http://yourserver.com:8112
