Help upgrading

Big fan of Deluge - have been using 1.3.15 for the past few years and absolutely love it.

Was super excited to upgrade to 2.0.3, and have followed Homebrew instructions but have no idea how to get the app working? As far as I can tell it's downloaded but not sure what the next step is?
