Can't fully kill Deluge

Postby BradInToronto » Mon Apr 11, 2016 2:10 am

I can't seem to fully "quit" Deluge.

I can quit the app, and it will disappear from the dock, but when I go into Force Quit it is still there. I can try to Force Quit from there but it won't disappear.

I can't properly shutdown my Mac from this state because some process won't close. I have to shut down via the power button.

Also, once it hits this state, if I try restarting Deluge the icon just bounces on the dock, but the app never starts.

Is there some other process that I need to kill via the command line when this happens??

I'm not sure what your issue but it does depend on how you are running deluge, can you check from the shell what process is actually still running.

I've had the same problem on OS X. Not sure what causes it.
