no support to asian language? i downloaded a file in japanese and deluge saved it with weird characters

hrm. i wanna blame the OS on that one. we really dont have much to do with that...i'll take a look, though.

same here, deluge crashes when i open files with japanese names, e.g.
anyway deluge rox, it is the only client that bypass traffic shapping, thanks to developers

i am using traditional-chinese windows xp,and the files in the torrent is in simplified-chinese
deluge can add the torrent and see the correct file name,but can't create the directory and file.

worked here on linux with no problems. it's a damn windows problem. i'll see if i can work around it

Just to be sure, NT based system would mean not windows 95, 98, ME, if you are using any of those it doesn't work.

Yea, I am using Window XP SP2. But for some reason, those new versions just won't start on my computer. Alpha, on the other hand is working fine.
