You don't need upload it to website atleast per the guides I've read. When you try to seed to phone then the phone has a separate IP right? I mean not using the same IP by running the phone from your routers wifi. Other than that, which I believe isn't supported by default then I'm sorry I don't know.

No that would be a lousy test. I used the phones 4G network.
