I am always baffled when I am uploading, but not downloading....
I have a torrent where I am at 99.97% There are two other peers (74% and 6.3%) and an availability of 1.76.
I am uploading 663 KB/s to the peer at 74%, and uploading 23 KB/s to the 6.3%, yet I am downloading nothing from either.
I am making the assumption that when I see 1.762 Available, that it means that either the one, or other, or both, have the .03% that I need.
Why are they (or Deluge) being so stingy?
