Lost my downloads in progress on doing upgrade

I am using Deluge on Windows 10. It had been giving me the pop-up to download the new version for a while so I decided to go ahead and do it. I had several torrents downloading in progress at the time. I did the new install and assumed Deluge would just pick up with the new version where it had left off but it didn't. All the torrents that were downloading in progress are gone. Is there a way to recover these? I don't have some of the original torrent links anymore.

Thanks,
Tim

Opening an explorer in %AppData%\Roaming\deluge\state\ do you have more than one file there? (torrent.state in mind)
I assume here you already configured the explorer to see the extension of file.

If a back file (torrent.state.bak) is present corresponding to the date you upgraded you can try to swap it .
This needs to be done with deluge NOT started

If Deluge is configured to store torrents in a specific location, check there.
They are also stored in C(WinOS install partition):\Users\(Your user)\AppData\Roaming\deluge.
There are 2 folders here: archive and state.
Not all files are in .torrent extension, however if they are copied over the new installation files (in the same directory as above) Deluge will be able to load them.
