BotH AV and windows firewall are able to provide logs if anything is blocked. However it may be easier to temporary disabling the AV (most of them have an option to do it for 10min) and to enable logging on your firewall https://www.howtogeek.com/220204/how-to ... ewall-log/
About the windows firewall be carefull to enable logging on all profiles (private/etc.) and double check the ports range is well open for the correct ports/protocol and on public (well on all profiles is fine too in this case)
