Migrating downloads to another computer on the network

My harddrive is on the verge of dying and I was wondering if it was possible to migrate all downloads either finished or not to another computer with a deluge client within the network and leave it to transfer overnight.

If the new computer has the drive mounted as the same drive letter you should be able to just copy the deluge profile folder over. If not you can just load all the torrents up and do a force recheck on them.
