Deluge keeps opening in Classic mode out of nowhere?

For the last year or so, I've used Thin Client & Daemon.
I've even transferred my deluge appdata folder through like 4 windows installs with no problems.
Out of nowhere, seemingly, my deluge client now opens on the wrong screen and pops up a dialog that states:
"Turn off Classic Mode?
It appears a Deluge daemon process (deluged) is already running.
You will either need to stop the daemon or turn off Classic Mode to continue."
This also messes up the resolution of the window and keeps opening it on the wrong screen.
I have no idea what caused this and how to fix it.
I've already tried reinstalling deluge and I'd prefer not to wipe my appdata folder as it is annoying re-setup my settings.
