Always open in full screen when opening from tray

Hello everyone,
I noticed that when I close Deluge to tray and then reopen it from tray, it will one time open in a small window, and next time in full screen.
Click on tray icon
Opens in full screen
Close to tray
Click on tray icon
Opens in small screen
Close to tray
Click on tray icon
Opens in full screen
(I am stuck in this infinite loop - Please help me!)
No, but seriously, I would love if it opens in full screen all the time.
Is there a parameter I can change to get that?
