Deluge Forum

I've had this issue since I started using Deluge and I haven't really figured out why. When I add a magnet link (either from a website or via an RSS feed) the torrent loads, progress bar says Downloading, Active Time starts counting etc and it connects to seeds but nothing actually downloads for quite a while, at least 10 minutes, maybe more. I tend to resolve this by closing Deluge completely and reopening it, if I do this it begins downloading within seconds. It's allowed through my firewall and my ports are properly forwarded (I don't get that "no incoming connections" error, for example.) How should I go about troubleshooting this? I've tried reinstalling and upgrading Deluge but I've had this issue on every version.

I've just had it happen now with two torrents added via magnet. Active time on both torrents is just over 10 minutes. Both connected to 0 seeders and 30-40 peers, all peers with 0% downloaded themselves.
(as I was typing this they both suddenly connected to ~40 seeds and began downloading, around the 11 minute mark)
Is this normal behavior?
