Random/Occasionally torrents added through ThinClient gets no announce URL

Libtorrent 1.0.11.0
I've seen the following happen two times but not been able to get it while logging so I thought I'd post it in case others seen it as well.
If I start DelugeD when a storage device is missing it will of course cause an error on those torrent. However, if I restart DelugeD after re-adding the storage device some torrents that were on this drive have missing their announce URLs.
