I can't start deluge

I can't start deluge.When i try to start it I get this error :

Runtime Error!
Program C:\Deluge\deluge.exe


Thist application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual wa.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I Have reinstalled Deluge three times but still without results.Someone please tell me what should I do.

You deleted the deluge folder from C:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\ between reinstalls?

It seems like the configuration wizard might be making corrupt config files, delete the folder as gebeleizis said, then cancel the wizard when you start deluge.

Is it possible that it has to install in the default location?
c:\program files\deluge
Although on my vista x64 it is installed in the other folder for obvious reasons...
c:\program files (x86)\deluge

I have the same error on Windows XP 32-bit, Deluge version 0.5.8.9 (latest). I can not start up Deluge. I have not had the same problem with previous versions on the same computer. I have attached a screenshot of the error. I tried deleting more than just the file recommended in http://deluge-torrent.org/faq.php#6n30, but that didn't work. Reinstallation did not fix the problem. The stdout text file said it would crash whenever it tried to start up DHT. I should add, installation of the previous versions always worked until this version, and every attempt to delete the files or uninstall and reinstall failed, even for the previous versions, such as http://download.deluge-torrent.org/wind ... .5.8.8.exe

try installing ipv6, this sometimes solves the problem.

I tryed installing IPv6, but it didn't help. Deleting the contents of C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\deluge and skipping the wizard seems to work so far. Thanks!
