Deluge
The FAQ didnt have my answer
I have the same version of Deluge on both my Pc and my laptop, so they both share the same speed
my laptop downloads at 800kb/s to 1.1mb/s
yet my pc can barely muster 2.0kb/s
i could just download with the laptop but im borrowing that to my gf while shes abroad and i REALLY need to download anyways, shes gone for a while!!
the both have the same version of deluge
here are the details
Pc :Windows XP
Core Version: 1.3.1
libtorrent version: 0.14.12.0
all settings on default
using random ports (already tried the standard as well)
currently no plugins being used
and i double checked my settings with those given at the FAQ
i also tried getting a registry fix, made my pc slightly faster but did nothing to fix my download speed
